The Hartland Movement Center’s stretching classes help our clients reach their movement goals through restorative movement practice.  Stretching classes help to improve flexibility, posture, strength and stamina, reducing injury and contribute to an overall mind-body balance.  We keep our class sizes small to ensure that each participant’s movements can be modified without chance of injury. As members begin to move with more confidence and ease, the class format will adapt to challenge and focus your workout through modified posture and positioning. Regardless of how often you commit to stretching practice’s, you will always reap the rewards.
