The Hartland Movement Center’s yoga classes help our clients reach their movement goals through restorative movement practice. Continued yoga classes help to improve flexibility, posture, and stamina and contribute to an overall mind-body-spirit balance. Every class is coach-led. We keep our class sizes small to ensure that each participant’s movements can be modified without chance of injury. As members get stronger and more confident, they can continue to challenge themselves and push their bodies through modified posture and positioning. Regardless of how often you commit to yoga practice, you will always reap the rewards.
